Store Supervisor - SM Calamba

Job Description:

As the Store Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure peak team performance, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for inventory management, supervising staff, driving sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide store staff to deliver excellent customer service and hit daily operational targets.
• Sales & Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle customer feedback efficiently, and implement strategies to drive store sales.
• Reporting & Admin: Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage daily sales reports, attendance records, and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 2 years in college, a graduate of a vocational course, or a K-12 graduate.
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Store Staff OR 6 months of experience as an Officer-in-Charge (OIC).
• Experience in the retail or food industry is highly preferred.
• Skills & Attributes:

• Highly effective organizational skills and deeply attentive to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build rapport with both staff and customers.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Location Requirement: Preferably familiar with the demographics and local market of Calamba, Laguna.
