The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and monitoring the delivery of construction materials, office supplies, and services required for real estate projects. The role ensures timely and cost-efficient purchasing while maintaining quality standards to support project completion and operations.

Job Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field; preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering
  2. With experience in construction or real estate procurement is an advantage
  3. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
  4. Knowledgeable in construction materials, suppliers, and sourcing processes is preferred
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications and inventory/procurement systems and/or SAP system
