Procurement & Logistics Junior Specialist

The Procurement & Logistics Junior Specialist plays a vital role in supporting end-to-end purchasing, vendor coordination, and logistics activities for our offshore clients.

Salary

Php 30,000 monthly salary package (this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc.)

Office locations:

• KSS Building Buhangin and Aeon Towers, Bajada, Davao City

• Assist with procurement activities including vendor setup, SKU setup, quotation requests, and purchase order execution
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track key purchase order milestones, and resolve issues
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Coordinate logistics activities such as shipment tracking, customs clearance, and transportation follow-ups
• Consolidate invoices, payment monitoring, and procurement documentation
• Maintain organized records related to inventory, vendors, and purchasing transactions
• Support internal teams by providing accurate procurement and logistics updates

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably with exposure to procurement, logistics, inventory management, or administrative support roles
