Purchasing Specialist
Purchasing Specialist is responsible for the Procurement of Non-Raw materials, other CAPEX related materials for Leslie Corp (FSD) and FSD Subsidiaries. Assists Purchasing Officer and APM in Developing New Suppliers and Service Providers per area.
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators
Take charge of processing Non-Raw Material Purchase requirements of the company intended for Leslie Corp.(FSD) and FSD Subsidiaries
Ensures Proper filing of purchasing documentsSend email request to Supplier for Vendor Enrollment data encoding via Google Forms and google Sheets .
Assists in the development of new suppliers with approved credit terms.
Regularly coordinates with the end-user, suppliers for any issues and concerns.
Prepares and and encode report as follows: Prioritize continuous improvement at least 1 training or seminar annually.
Provide inputs to Purch. Officer and APM in Identifying improvement areas in terms of Process and work efficiency.
Provide Marketing At least 1 Departmental group training on how to improve MMD process and work effectively.
Job Qualifications- At least 4 year Bachelor’s degree Graduate
- Attended Negotiation Seminars or other training related to Procurement and Supply Chain is a plus
- Preferably worked in a food industry or FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) companies
- Proficient in Microsoft office or WPS office I.e. excel, word and Powerpoint or its counterpart on WPS.
- Has done Sourcing and negotiation with local and International suppliers.
- Handle Supplier concerns and issues and can make a resolution.
- Experience in processing PO, PR (CRF) via online (any system i.e. Oracle, SAP, Aries etc)
- Experience in handling End Users/Stakeholders concerns/issues and the ability to resolve it.
- Can handle Stakeholder engagement
