Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in road planning, road construction, and site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, monitoring, and implementing road projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required for project design, drafting, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, and supervise road construction and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare engineering plans, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.
- Prepare project estimates, reports, documentation, and bill of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Review and analyze road alignment, grading, drainage, and other civil works requirements.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
- With proven experience of 3 yrs in road planning, road construction, and project supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Knowledgeable in road alignment, grading, drainage systems, and infrastructure development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Able to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to conduct field/site work and travel if required.
