Accounting Officer

• Location: Makati City
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Regular Office Hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with tax documentation and government reportorial requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
