Lead and manage a team of admin assistants
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to support daily operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.

  • A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role within the financial services industry, particularly hedge funds, private equity, private credit firms, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management, preferably leading a rapidly growing team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Amenable to work 9pm-6am Philippine time.
