Muntinlupa - Project Delivery Manager/Tech Lead (Financial Services/Banking)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Align with the project manager on the overall business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines.
• Manages the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsors.
• Monitors assigned projects as per SDLC and governance process.
• Manages the design, testing and deployment process.
• Tracks and reports project implementation progress and budgets to BTS and/or ITSD management per the agreed frequency.
• Studies and familiarizes oneself with the identified solutions, deliverables of ITSD and its dependencies.
• Identifies success factors and work closely with the ITSD team to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions and deliverables. Collaborates and manages vendors, Designers/System Analysts and Developers.
• Identifies and logs project issues; oversees the resolution process; and escalates issues when necessary.
• Manages, when necessary, re-scopes the projects and updates project plans accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as delivery lead/ technical project manager (directly managing an application development team) in financial services is preferred
• Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing minimally large projects
• Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management
