Specific Position-Title of this post is :Service Delivery Report Specialist- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2PM - 11PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
- Willing to work on site in Aseana,Paranaque
- At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or IT programming roles.
- -Must have: 5+ years of experience supporting Business Process Operations environments (BPO).
- Working experience in Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage.
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Looker, Qlik)
- Experience in using financial management systems (e.g Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an advantage-
- Strong understanding of business process outsourcing metrics and operational workflows.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Programming knowledge is an advantage
