Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or any related field
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good Communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.

Job Description:

The Finance Billing Analyst prepares billing statement for birds processed in the operation and submits to San Miguel Foods Inc (SMFI) Finance for payment processing. Facilitates ordering of supplies and consumables needed in the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares and handles billing statements related to birds processed in the Basic and Further Processing Operations such as but not limited to Tolling Transaction. (Reference Document: Billing Templates-Basic and Further Processing).
• Facilitates and coordinate with Business Procurement Group on the Purchase Requisitions of operation’s supplies and consumables needed in the operation ensuring availability at all times and / or when needed considering safety stock level.
• Preparation and requisition of revolving funds needed in the operation.
• Maintaining organized financial records to aide reporting.
• Prepares and submit monthly financial report or as needed.
• Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
• Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
