Lead Generation Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First-Level Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential clients, dormant accounts, and referrals.
- Set appointments either through calls or onsite visits to generate leads for the Sales Team.
- Endorse or escalate leads to the Sales Team and ensure prospects are contacted on the scheduled appointment date.
- Promote company products and services
- Clearly describe the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- If necessary, send product primers via email.
- Report Generation and Analysis
- Submit a monthly activity report.
- Provide recommendations to increase reach or success rates by identifying other ways to contact clients beyond phone and email.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Collect customer information such as email addresses, job titles, and additional contact numbers for follow-up calls.
- Maintain data integrity and observe data privacy policies.
- Ensure information is securely stored and properly disposed of when no longer relevant.
