Leads Generation Manager
The Leads Generation Manager (LGM) works closely with the Head Marketing and is responsible for leading the Leads Generations Specialist and agency to achieve the identified KPIs through different sources not limited to inbound. He/she will be consulted upon to assess channel-specific gaps and needs, make constructive and thoughtful recommendations and see through the execution of the lead generation strategies.
The position also collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing Team to formulate and execute a strategy to help the sales team achieve their acquisition targets. Furthermore, the LGM will work closely with the Regional Sales Support Team in improvement of lead generation strategies that will help the Sales Team in achieving their KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Economics
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in lead generations, managerial reporting, and related sales administration
- Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in managing a team and their outputs are preferred
- With relevant product and industry knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
