Contract Specialist (Crude Oil, Refined Products & LNG)

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts for crude oil, refined products, and LNG transactions.
• Collaborate closely with traders in Singapore and global counterparties to support trading operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Tax, Risk, Finance, Accounting, Import/Export, and Demurrage.
• Interpret legal and commercial contract terms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage a high volume of contracts while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting energy trading, commodities, or oil and gas contracts is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial contract terms and risk management principles.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
