Manager (For Korean Inbound and Outbound Operations) (1 Vacancy)- Lead and oversee the company’s strategic management, business development, and operational direction for inbound and outbound travel services, with specialization in Korean market operations.
- Provide specialized technical expertise in Korean travel market management, international tourism operations, and client relations while ensuring compliance with Philippine and Korean travel regulations.
- Manage Korean national staff, office personnel, tour coordinators, and travel specialists to ensure lawful, efficient, and high-quality service performance.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and tourism suppliers.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability targets, operational efficiency, and resource allocation to maximize organizational growth.
- Mentor managers and department leaders to strengthen organizational leadership and technical performance.
- Oversee company-wide policy implementation, operational controls, and risk management systems.
- Serve as the principal executive decision-maker for Korean market operations and international business coordination.
- Expertise in Korean travel industry operations, international tourism management, and cross-border business development.
- Minimum of five (5) years of senior management or executive experience in travel, tourism, or international business operations.
- Proven technical expertise in Korean inbound and outbound travel systems, supplier management, and tourism regulations.
- Strong leadership in strategic planning, operational management, and multicultural workforce supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of Korean and international tourism markets, products, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations, financial oversight, and corporate planning.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (Korean and English preferred).
- Expertise in Korean staffing operations, specialized tourism programs, and business expansion.
