We are currently hiring Full-time employees as GUEST EXPERIENCE AGENT (CSR) for a travel account (non-airline).

Qualifications:

At least Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
Above average English comprehension and communication skills
At least 6 months or less of relevant work experience
Background in hospitality, customer service, or related industries
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using a laptop
Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, holidays and night shift included
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with booking platforms and guest support processes
Keen attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
