What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and accounts
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall sales process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Medical industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
