  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass regional sales targets. Lead from the front in securing new business, expanding market share, and driving sales growth.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results. Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure continuous development and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute sales campaigns and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region. Monitor and control expenses within the allocated budget to ensure profitability.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting performance, market trends, and potential areas of concern.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity within the sales team.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze and interpret market data.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region and adapt to flexible work hours.
