Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity IT Managers is looking for a driven Delivery Manager to join our team! We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for applications developed with Java 11 and PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents following ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation for reported issues, solutions, and system updates.
- Assist in implementing and supporting banking solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.
For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in a support engineering or similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Java 11 and PostgreSQL technologies.
- ITIL certification (preferred) or demonstrated knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience working with banking software or financial technology solutions is an advantage.
