- Leads large field teams with strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong background in collections, negotiation, and fraud prevention/controls (cash-handling environment)
- Role may be very demanding
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays and holidays
- Basic office skills required: PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate level)
