We’re looking for a proactive and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to help drive the growth of our digital storefront in the wellness and medical-grade supplement space. This role goes beyond day-to-day e-commerce management—you’ll play a key part in sourcing products, managing vendor relationships, and helping expand our offerings in categories such as weight loss, peptides, NAD+, and other high-demand wellness treatments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory tracking
- Source and negotiate with vendors and compounding pharmacies to secure competitive pricing and maintain reliable supply
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from branding and packaging to promotions and retirement
- Research and introduce new product lines aligned with customer demand and business growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product pages, drive conversions, and manage subscription offerings
- Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory guidelines and shipping compliance standards
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to inform future strategy
- Work closely with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth, on-time order processing and delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce operations or customer support (healthcare or wellness background is a plus!)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order management systems, and e-commerce tools
- Available to work in US time zones and weekend schedules
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
