Main Objective: Is responsible in the conduct of fast and accurate background investigation, credit evaluation, marketing of good and qualified new accounts and strict implementation of collection policies of the company, to ensure that the company releases loans to worthy individuals only.CC performs credit counseling to borrowers regarding their credit discipline and ensures borrowers of Advance Credit Corporation (ACC) and its sister Company Advance Microfinancing Corporation (AMC) pay their loan in proper time to avoid delinquency and PDA.
Credit Counselor as Marketing Man must provide a minimum of 10,000.00 amounts of approved new accounts daily. Credit Counselor as both C.I and Collector tracks down existing delinquent and PDA borrowers by phone, fb messenger, and personal visitations and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment plans and encouraging them to find alternative payment solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any 4-year Course or at least 2nd year College Level
Preferably MaleWith or without experience.
Can work under pressureWith good communication and analytical skills.
Should have the ability to relate well with people.
Willing to work on field.
Must have a valid driver’s license (professional or non-pro) and can drive a motorcycle.
