Job Description:
- Identifying outstanding debts and monitoring assigned accounts
- Assisting customers with any complaints or questions.
- Negotiating payment plans or deadlines
- Respecting customer policies and procedures
- Closing a set number of collections accounts within a given time to reach the designated target
- Locating and communicating with debtors.
- Implementing repayment schedules.
- Ensuring that your debt status is current and accurate

- Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Qualifications/Requirements
Bank Collections Representative is responsible for managing delinquent accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts. The role involves direct communication with customers to negotiate repayment solutions, maintain accurate records, and uphold compliance with banking regulations.By balancing empathy with firmness, the representative helps protect the bank’s financial interests while supporting customers in resolving their obligations.
BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION + INCENTIVES- Job Requirements:
- College graduate or undergraduate
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 7-day paid training
- Experience in collection is a plus
- Good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills (LOCAL CLIENT)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
