Retail trade salesman

Job Description

• Utilize BLIMS proven sales principles, the SA must interact with every customer in their branch, and its exhibits, as needed, to drive incremental sales opportunities and ensure every customer’s shopping needs are met and thereby achieving the quota set by immediate superior.
• Be able to perform merchandise related activities such as planogram, assembly, merchandise, and price changes as directed by immediate superior.
• Processes customer transaction through available payment facility in coordination with the branch controller.
• Regularly attends product orientation and presentation to update of the present trends and product improvement and technology
• Attends monthly office day meeting and present monthly quota achieved prior to presentation.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

• College graduate or at least 2 year College Education/Vocational Course.
• Preferably with 1-2 year sales experience in retail industry. Able to communicate with customers well.
• Detail-oriented and willing to be assigned in different branches. Those who have a passion for selling has an advantage, willing to assigned anywhere.
• Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
