Retail Site Development Officer
Job Summary
The Retail Site Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities within retail station properties. The role focuses on maximizing available station spaces by securing partnerships for outdoor advertising and other commercial opportunities that generate additional revenue.
The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to support project implementation from evaluation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify available spaces in retail stations for outdoor advertising and other commercial opportunities.
- Research and recommend new business concepts that can generate additional income for retail sites.
- Coordinate with potential business partners, advertisers, and service providers regarding investment opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for management review and approval.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams to evaluate and discuss proposed projects.
- Monitor the progress of approved projects and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely implementation.
- Assist in securing permits, approvals, and other project requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing projects to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, leasing, retail, property management, or project coordination.
- Experience in outdoor advertising, commercial leasing, or retail site development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel to retail station locations as needed.
- With a valid driver's license is preferred.
