We are a Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Company with our own fleet of trailer trucks, committed to delivering efficient and reliable logistics solutions to our clients. Established in 1990, our Company has over 35 years of experience in the industry and continues to grow and expand its operations.

We are currently looking for a Logistics Associate who will handle administrative, documentation and reporting tasks related to our trucking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain trucking operations reports and documentation.
2. Encode and organize delivery, dispatch and trip data accurately.
3. Assist in the preparation and processing of trucking billings and related documents.
4. Monitor timely submission of trucking delivery documents such as Delivery Receipts (DRs), Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs), and other required documents.
5. Ensure proper documentation of any irregularities encountered during deliveries and keep concerned parties informed.
6. Receive bills from suppliers and service providers and validate charges for accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
7. Coordinate with operations staff regarding delivery updates, trip completion and discrepancies.
8. Maintain accurate records of truck movements, deliveries, repair requests and supporting documents.
9. Monitor and record truck repair and maintenance requests including coordination with service providers.
10. Track repair status, costs and completion of vehicle maintenance activities.
11. Support the department in various administrative and reporting requirements.
12. Ensure timely submission of reports required by Management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking, administrative work or fleet coordination is an advantage.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
5. Good organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to drive is an advantage.
