- QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 Education:
- 1.1 At least a College Graduate, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 Work Experience/s:
- 2.1 At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- 3 Special Qualities/Skills Required:

- 3.9 Knowledge of inventory management principles, including stock control, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy monitoring
- 3.10 Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret logistics, inventory, and operational reports
- 3.11 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- DUTIES
- 1 The Logistics Head manages overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient movement and storage of goods.
- 2 Responsible for inventory monitoring, stock accuracy, and proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO.
- 3 Handles product issues and complaints, including coordination of investigations, testing, and reporting.
- 4 Oversees warehouse reports, batch and lot tracking, and inventory availability updates.
- 5 Coordinates with Purchasing and Sales for shipment concerns, item deficiencies, and delivery requirements.
- 6 Approves warehouse-related requests such as repairs, reimbursements, and logistics documentation.
- 7 Manages truck assignments, delivery schedules, and warehouse staff coordination.
- 8 Leads and evaluates warehouse personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
