The Supply Chain Analyst – Network Logistics & RMA is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics, asset management, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for network infrastructure equipment across global operations. This role partners closely with Network Engineers, Data Center Operations, Vendors, and Logistics Providers to coordinate equipment replacements, shipment activities, asset tracking, and inventory accountability.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of global logistics and supply chain processes, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is capable of managing multiple concurrent cases while ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-through, and successful resolution of issues.Familiarity with network equipment and optical components is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory Management, or Reverse Logistics (RMA).
- Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience supporting domestic and international shipping operations.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination processes.
- Familiarity with Asset Management practices, including inventory control, equipment lifecycle tracking, and asset accountability.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired:
- Experience supporting network infrastructure, telecommunications, or data center environments.
- Familiarity with network hardware such as switches, routers, optics/transceivers, fan trays, line cards, and related components.
- Experience managing RMA and reverse logistics processes.
- Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheets, ServiceNow, or similar workflow management tools.
- Experience working with global vendors, logistics providers, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Understanding of inventory reconciliation, asset audits, and equipment tracking processes.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end RMA requests for network infrastructure equipment and components.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain replacement equipment, return authorizations, and shipment instructions.
- Review and validate hardware replacement requests submitted by Network Engineers and stakeholders.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure equipment is delivered, collected, and returned within required timelines.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
- Coordinate return logistics activities and ensure compliance with vendor return requirements and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of replacement details, shipment tracking information, asset movements, and case documentation.
- Manage asset lifecycle activities including equipment replacement, return, transfer, and disposition tracking.
- Ensure inventory and asset management systems are updated accurately following equipment movements and RMA transactions.
- Partner with Asset Management, Data Center Operations, and Engineering teams to maintain inventory accuracy and asset accountability.
- Investigate and resolve shipment issues, customs delays, inventory discrepancies, lost shipments, and vendor escalations.
- Update RMA trackers, dashboards, Jira tickets, Smartsheets, and reporting tools to provide visibility into case status and performance metrics.
- Support inventory audits, asset reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Generate reports related to logistics operations, RMA volume, turnaround time, shipment status, and asset tracking.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, tracking accuracy, and customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, logistics providers, and technical teams to drive issue resolution and ensure successful completion of requests.
