POSITION TITLE: HEAD OF HR AND ADMINISTRATION (1 Vacancy)

Responsible for leading all aspects of human resources and office administration to support Coins.ph’s business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and retention programs.
Lead organizational development, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives.
Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with PH labor laws.
Supervise administrative functions including facilities, procurement, and office operations.
Partner with senior leadership to support business transformation and employee engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including admin management.
Strong knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practices.
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth industries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
