POSITION TITLE: HEAD OF EXCHANGE PRODUCT & OPERATIONS (1 Vacancy)

Responsible for leading the strategy, product roadmap, and daily operations of Coins.ph’s digital asset exchange. This role combines product ownership with operational leadership to ensure a secure, scalable, and user-centric trading platform.
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and feature development for the exchange.
Oversee daily exchange operations including liquidity management, trading, and settlements.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to deliver seamless trading experiences and system reliability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement strong risk controls.
Manage relationships with liquidity providers, market makers, and institutional partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to guide innovation and product differentiation.
Develop and optimize operational processes, policies, and KPIs for efficiency and scalability.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across product, operations, and support functions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product management and/or operations within exchanges, trading, or fintech.
Strong understanding of crypto markets, trading systems, and exchange infrastructure.
Proven track record of launching and scaling financial or trading products.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
