POSITION TITLE: HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY (1 Vacancy)

Lead the overall technology strategy and execution for Coins.ph, overseeing engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and security.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and innovation across all Coins.ph platforms and services.
Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap.
Lead engineering teams in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly financial platforms.
Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance to deliver business outcomes.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technical talent.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto.
Proven experience managing large engineering teams and complex platforms.
Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
