JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• SHOULD HAVE a Bachelor's Degree
• EXPERIENCE IN EITHER OF THE BELOW:
• 4-8 YEARS OF IT PROJECT MANAGER OR DEPLOYMENT MANAGER
• 6-10 YEARS OF SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER or REGIONAL PROGRAM
• SHOULD HAVE a 5-10 YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT Experience
• Education Technology Background is Priority!
• SHOULD HAVE at least 5 years of Project Management Experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus!
• SHOULD BE knowledgeable how to deploy Technology in Classrooms
• Knowledge in Apple in Education, K-12 Education Landscape, Apple's Education Ecosystem and relevant Technical Proficiency IS A PLUS
• COMMUNICATION & TRAINING SKILLS - Should have an ability to engage diverse bilateral teams and resources.
• STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and resources effectively.
• PROBLEM-SOLING MINDSET - Quick thinker who can troubleshoot deployment challenges and adapt plans as needed.
• STRATEGIC THINKER - Should be strategic and able to conduct high-level meetings with internal and external senior leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. PLANNING PROJECT & STRATEGY:

• Develop a comprehensive rollout plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, in country, in region, ww as well as external sales and delivery team at partners
• Where applicable secure communication with end customer administrators, IT teams, and educators to ensure status and alignment on plans, expectations and issues that needs to be addressed.
• Planning and execution of internal services like Apple Care and AFS and other relevant external service and solution providers. (Jamf, network provider etc), as well as 3 part accessories vendors (cases, headset, pencils, charging carts etc)
• Manage budget and resources efficiently, including raising need for internal investments ( e.g resources, T&E, Opex) to support a successful rollout .

1. LOGISTIC & DEPLOYMENT:

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution of devices in collaboration with Regional Ops and resellers teams.
• Ensure devices are delivered according to requirements and specification defined in procurement (E.g accessories, software, MDM solutions, ASM etc).
• Work with internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery and setup.

1. STAKEHOLDER COORDINATOR:

• Facilitate regular check-ins and progress updates with regional and country leadership teams, as well as drive governance with partners to secure seamless collaboration and ability to address issues.
• Identify, report status and facilitate resolution of any concerns to minimize risk and disruptions.

1. DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT:

• Work with field engineering team to implement the plan to secure sufficient technical competency level at partners and key end customer IT staff, as well as ensure IT support is available for educators and students.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users and work with internal teams and reseller to refine processes for continuous improvement.
• Track any issues and status of resolutions of problems and need for extraordinary support to secure fast resolution of critical problems

1. TEACHER TRAINING & END USER COMPETENCY:

• Work with L&L, Partner teams and Partner eco system to secure successful roll out planned training programs for teachers and school leaders on device usage, apps and classroom integration.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users and work with internal teams and reseller to refine processes for continuous improvement of the implementation of competency programs

1. MONITORING & REPORTING:

• Track planning and rollout progress and identify any issues or delays.
• Agree and key KPI’s with internal and external stakeholders and report on status
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
