Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and immediate medical care for employees who experience injuries or illnesses at the workplace.
- Assess the severity of medical cases and coordinate with hospitals or clinics when further treatment is required.
- Monitor the health condition of employees, especially those exposed to hazardous working environments.
- Assist in facilitating pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of employees.
- Maintain and manage medical supplies, first aid kits, and essential medications to ensure availability at all times.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations related to employee health.
- Conduct health awareness activities and provide guidance on workplace health, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
- Report serious injuries, illnesses, and workplace incidents to management and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Work closely with safety officers, HR, and management to support workplace health programs and emergency response plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with PRC License
- With Construction Occupational Safety and Health certification - COSH (preferred)
