- Monitor employee health and workplace safety risks.
- Coordinate with departments on incidents and concerns.
- Support health, safety, and emergency programs.
- Maintain medical and compliance records.
- Process employee benefit claims including PPE (uniform).
- Conduct safety orientations and trainings.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time as needed.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Computer proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in risk management and policy development preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
