Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
They give medicine and first aid care to the employees and if their condition worsens, they call for an ambulance so they can be admitted to a hospital until a family member arrive.
They also have to maintain the inventory of medicines and other medical equipment required in the infirmary.
Company Nurse investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards, and collaborate with safety office.
Company Nurse also considered as a Mel-Joy Coordinator responsible for assisting new member application and in releasing of referrals.
Assess employee’s overall health status prior to returning to work due to sickness and responsible in verifying Medical Certificate provided by the employee.
Coordinates company health care provider to set up pre-employment medical, rapid Antibody/Antigen Test renewal of health card and annual physical exam of all employees.
Responsible in assisting for the issuance of Travel Certificate.
Perform other duties that may assign from time to time with the approval of the HR Manager.
Responsible in inventory, monitoring, requesting and issuance of Medical supplies, rapid Test Kits, OTC Medicine and Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements
Must be a Registered NursePreferably with at least 1 year clinical experience or as a Company Nurse.
With BOSH certificate is an advantage
Must have basic knowledge of occupational and safety standards
