The company is in need of the following:
HR MANAGER
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is an advantage for senior HR leadership roles.
- Typically 3–5 years or more of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Extensive experience in key HR functions such as:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Compensation and Benefits
- Training and Development
- Performance Management
- Labor Relations
- HR Policy Development and Implementation
- Thorough understanding of:
- Philippine Labor Code
- DOLE regulations
- SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG laws and processes
- BIR regulations affecting employees and payroll
- Employee disciplinary procedures and due process requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
