The company is in need of the following:

HR MANAGER

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is an advantage for senior HR leadership roles.

• Typically 3–5 years or more of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in key HR functions such as:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations
• Compensation and Benefits
• Training and Development
• Performance Management
• Labor Relations
• HR Policy Development and Implementation

• Thorough understanding of:
• Philippine Labor Code
• DOLE regulations
• SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG laws and processes
• BIR regulations affecting employees and payroll
• Employee disciplinary procedures and due process requirements
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
