HR & ADMIN MANAGER
The Human Resource and Administrative Personnel understands and uphold productivity of the Company by providing a wide range of support of activities in implementing guidelines from maintaining good employee database from job postings to job placements.The Human Resource/Admin Personnel should be intimately familiar with the company’s personnel needs so as to ensure harmonious environment between the Management and its Personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business plan.
- Addressing demands, grievances, and other concerns can help to bridge the gap between management and employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes.
- Support present and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
- Develop and oversee overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures for the organization.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes excellent performance.
- Maintain the salary plan and benefit scheme.
- Manage all expenses, including benefits, salary, and training programs.
- Leads workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Report to management and provide decision support using HR indicators.
- Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and mentor HR administrative workers by offering direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Create and manage employee benefit programs.
- Encourages inclusivity and support for employees.
- Leads the implementation of HR policies throughout the organization, ensuring that they are effectively executed.
- Ensures that the organization follows all applicable employment rules and regulations, such as labor legislation, workplace safety, and equal opportunity.
- Identify and manage risks associated with employee behavior, legal difficulties, or organizational changes.
- Develops career routes and opportunities for people within the organization.
- Supports both the organization's operational needs and the well-being of its personnel, thereby contributing to overall organizational performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Development Management (HRDM), Bachelor's Degree in Law/Juris Doctor, Master's in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or Master's in Human Resources Management with relevant certifications such as CHRP, PSHRM or PHR.
- Knowledge of ISO processes and standards is considered an asset
- At least 4 years’ experience as an HR Manager in any Food Manufacturing industry.
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
