Corporate Communications Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized Corporate Communications Specialist to support the company’s communication initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and executive administrative requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Support corporate communications, corporate affairs, and public relations initiatives, including the preparation of presentations, reports, announcements, communication materials, and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide executive support through calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative assistance.
• Manage documents, records, correspondence, and petty cash monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and perform other corporate communications, corporate affairs, and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Sales, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management, client relations, or government coordination is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Willing to work onsite in San Juan City, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
