Finance and Accounting Supervisor

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR/ OFFICER

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team and oversee critical functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), internal auditing, financial report preparation, and BIR compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with strong leadership skills.

• Supervise daily AP and AR operations to ensure timely posting, reconciliation, collections, and disbursements.
• Review invoices, billing statements, payment schedules, and aging reports.
• Conduct internal audits and enforce internal controls to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
• Oversee BIR compliance including preparation and submission of VAT, EWT, 2550M, 2550Q, 1601C, 2307, 1701/1702, and other required filings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to accounting staff.
• Ensure orderly documentation, proper filing, and adherence to accounting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in AP/AR, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of BIR processes and Philippine tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP Business One).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
