Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial records, supervising accounting staff, and supporting financial reporting and compliance. This role ensures that accounting processes run efficiently and align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred

3–7 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities
