Accounting Supervisor, Makati City

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting.

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll coordination
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
• Review revenue reports, room sales, and food & beverage transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations (BIR, DOLE, LGU, etc.)
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies
• Support hotel operations by providing financial analysis and cost control reports
• Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and hotel systems is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

Full Onsite, Makati City

8:00AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
