Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 80,000 (Package)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

You will collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support successful project delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop process models using BPMN and UML.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and issue tracking.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
• Manage stakeholder communication and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and User Stories.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience administering Jira and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence, or reporting tools.
• Exposure to process automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ISO certification or compliance activities.
