Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources and Administration departments. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, office management, and general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.The candidate must also be familiar with social media platforms usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave management.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Must also be familiar with social media promotions or recruitment.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and management teams.
- Handle office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support in organizing company events and meetings.
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
