About the role

Are you an experienced HR/Admin Generalist looking to join a dynamic, growing company? A1 Solutions, OPC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR/Admin Generalist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and organise office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
What we're looking for
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR/Admin Generalist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, labour laws and government mandatory benefits
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR/payroll software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service
