JOB OVERVIEW
As an Associate III – Accounts Payable (Others), you will play a key role in supporting the company’s daily accounting operations. This position focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments and financial records, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the company’s accounts payable – other payments. This includes preparing and processing financial documents related to non‑PO suppliers, contractors, dealers, and associates, excluding payroll-related transactions.The role also involves processing and monitoring payments to dealers and suppliers, including transactions related to employee loan arrangements, while ensuring full compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or related functions but fresh graduate are highly encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and applicable tax rules
- Strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with integrity
- Willing to work onsite and under a fixed-term employment contract, at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City.
