RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Location: Cebu CityType: Full-Time / Retail
Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Key Responsibilities- Customer Focus: Provide personalized consultations, specializing in technical footwear and performance accessories.
- Sales & Reporting: Process transactions accurately and assist in generating monthly sales reports to track store performance.
- Event Participation: Act as a brand ambassador during major running event expos and sponsored community races.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory are properly stored.
- Operations: Manage daily opening and/or closing procedures within the 10 AM – 7 PM window.
- 8-hour shifts between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Our shop remains open on Public Holidays; Overtime (OT) pay will be provided in accordance with labor standards.

- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Minimum 1-year experience in retail sales, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with basic proficiency in MS Excel to help prepare monthly sales performance reports.
- Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the local running community.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist at race exposition.
