Process Mapping Analyst - Visio, Lucid, LSSYB (Hybrid, Night Shift)

Job Description Summary

The analyst translates findings into actionable business requirements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive transformation and operational excellence.

Core Deliverables:

• End to End Process Mapping: Initiate/support process mining to surface insights.
• Process Variance Analysis & Findings: Identify deviations, gaps, complexity issues vs. standards.
• Systemic RCA: Apply structured RCA to uncover underlying issues and guide data driven decisions.
• Detailed Process Map & Documentation: As Is assessments, precise process documentation, and automation opportunity identification.
• Process & Task Mining: Use specialized tools to map/document/simulate workflows.
• Business Requirements Documentation: Clear, testable BRDs and process maps for improvement/transformations.
• Identified Risks, Bottlenecks & Issues: Detect inefficiencies and compliance risks affecting performance.

• Perform end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN standards and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Lucid, Visio, etc.).
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and RCA to identify inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, including As-Is and To-Be maps, and identify automation opportunities.
• Create clear, testable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Utilize task mining and simulation tools to model workflows and evaluate future-state scenarios.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to validate findings, secure buy-in, and ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations that synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and align on process improvements.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process analysis, modeling, or mining within operations, shared services, or technology-enabled environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and structured RCA techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
• Experience with process/task mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SkanAI) and BRD creation
• Experience with simulation modeling and automation projects (RPA/IPA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field. (preferred)
• Celonis Analyst/Practitioner certification or equivalent. (good to have)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence and gain consensus across teams.
• Exposure to shared services, finance operations, customer service, or supply chain processes.
• Required Tools & Platforms Experience:
• Process Mining: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot, SkanAI.
• Modeling: BPMN tools such as Lucid, Visio.
• Data & Reporting: Excel, Power BI/Tableau for dashboards and storytelling.
• Documentation: Office 365 for BRDs and user stories.
