Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide multi-channel support via chat, email, SMS, and phone while assisting customers with application inquiries, payment postings, and technical troubleshooting. You'll resolve complex concerns, process account adjustments, and ensure every interaction meets high performance and service standards.

Salary: PHP 26,000.00 - PHP 28,000.00

- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience handling U.S. clients, with no more than a 3-month gap in recent employment
- Prior experience working night shift in a remote or work-from-home setup
- Proven experience providing support via inbound email, SMS, and customer calls
- Strong analytical skills and tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple platforms
- Passion for delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team player who is driven and eager to learn and grow
- Provide impeccable support to customers via live chat, email, text messages, and phone calls
- Conduct in-depth research, ensure customer follow-ups, and identify customer needs to assign appropriate priority
- Answer questions about the application process and application status
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to mobile apps and websites
- Acknowledge and resolve complex customer complaints
- Follow established procedures and standards
- Achieve performance objectives and expectations
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Process balance adjustments on customer accounts
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required or assigned by the supervisor or manager
