FINANCE CONTROLLER

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making. This role is critical in maintaining fiscal discipline while driving growth and operational efficiency across the company.

1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
2. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
3. Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll oversight
4. Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
5. Lead internal audits and implement financial controls
6. Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies
7. Advise management on cost control, profitability, and investment opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, F&B is an advantage
