Sales Staff (Invoicing)
Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation, a manufacturing company established in 2007 and located at the Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP) Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna Tubotech Philippines is the manufacturing base for our head office located in Australia.
Tubotech specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel tubular products such as bathroom support rails, shower seats, faucets, bathroom accessories, and plumbing components. Manufacturing processes include CNC bending, TIG welding, Metal Polishing, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centre.
Our goal is to produce products that are appreciated for their quality and workmanship, provide competitive pricing and good service to achieve an excellent reputation in both domestic and international markets.
Job Description:
- Receives and process orders efficiently
- Prepares and issue accurate sales transaction invoices
- Maintains and update sales monitoring reports.
- Compiles comprehensive monthly sales reports
- Address customer issues and concerns
- Prepares job sheet
- Provides administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
- Good typing skills (at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge in administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly, word, excel and outlook
