A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deal

• To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted
• Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
• Ensures that product recommended to the client must be set the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
• To promote promo of the CW Home Depot

• For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
• To join events as requested by the Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top management

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage but not required
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge
• Technical knowledge of merchandise
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
